The Board of Directors would like to thank all who responded by mail and especially those who were able to attend the annual meeting held at the brewery in Olathe. The Board appreciates your vote and support of the proposed action as described in the letter sent to all members. This support will allow TransCon to concentrate the company focus on marketing. Member Rebate Program

Beginning Sept. 1, 2004, all members may begin purchasing product through their local retailers for a rebate. The rebate is $1.50 per 6 pack, $5 for 1/6 bbl and $15 for 1/2 bbl kegs.

Members should keep their detailed receipts and send them for rebate at the close of each quarter(March, June, September and December). The brewery will make the rebates.
